We are intending this to be a weekend of active participation through workshops, rather than a consumption of presentations the moderators will put to the groups the challenge of contributing to positive outcomes. Questions applicable to all subject streams will be:
- “What are the greatest hindrances in achieving transition processes with current infrastructure, governance procedures, and economic models?”
(EG: “My organization needs help with the following : ..”)
- “What would be most helpful to get this unstuck?”
- “To whom should this be communicated?”
The workshop sessions structure are:
- Framing the particular workshop objectives
- Provision of ‘work package’ for participants of sub-groups
- Statement what the outcome of the subgroups should be
- Instructions how and by whom the results are going to be reported back to the larger group
- Clarify what would be regarded as a successful outcome of the session
- Facilitation of creative solutions, cooperation & and a supportive and a constructive ‘barn raising’ attitude
- Information how results of outcomes will be communicated back to the participants
Participants of the workshops are requested to read the recommended and relatively brief texts as a reference and basis for active participation.
